Building strong foundations
At ITPL our job does not end at training. We offer assessments across Pre, Ongoing and Post as under. The client has the choice to choose the levels of involvement they want from ITPL.

- Meeting with Business Heads, Team leaders
- Knowledge and skill assessment through test/ questionnaire
- Review of performance appraisals to understand strengths and gaps
- Meetings with immediate supervisors
- Aptitude, Psychometric testing
- Personal interviews
- Pre training assessment with quiz
- Ongoing (part of delivery)
- Module wise assessment through written test
- Classroom participation assessment by trainer
- Post training (part of delivery)
- Consolidated report covering pre training assessments, written test, classroom assessment and performance by module
